EA Sports UFC 3
Game: EA Sports UFC 3 (PS4, 2018)
A native Linux and Windows port of the PS4 release (CUSA06534, update 1.14), from the bbport family: it starts from SacredFire, the Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled port, which in turn comes from bbport. The original x86-64 code runs directly on the CPU, a dedicated runtime replaces the PS4 system libraries, and a shadPS4-derived renderer translates the GPU work to Vulkan. Its author calls it playable: menus, loading, fights, sound, controller, saves, and Career mode, with blood and sweat on hits. The game asks for 30 Hz and the port ignores it, with limits from 60 to 240 fps or uncapped; the author measures 137–196 fps in fights on Linux with an RTX 4070, and Windows is still behind. It adds PS4 Pro mode (1080p instead of 900p), experimental 2K and 4K, FSR 1 with RCAS sharpening, a language selector, launchers for both systems (an AppImage too), and online play between friends, with a private server hosted by one of the players. 102 of its author’s 226 commits list Claude as a co-author. The latest version is 0.1.14 (October 21), with stability fixes brought in from shadPS4.
