Radix: Beyond the Void
Game: Radix: Beyond the Void (DOS, 1995)
An engine recreation of Radix - Beyond the Void (1995), called RAD, written in Pascal. It offers high resolutions, true-color software rendering and OpenGL rendering, an uncapped frame rate, a textured automap, dynamic lights, sound effects in FLAC and OGG, music in MOD, S3M, IT, and XM, screenshots, an in-game menu for gameplay, key bindings, and resolution, and scripting with PascalScript; it lets you create custom content with Doom editing utilities. The latest release on GitHub, 1.2.21.755, is from May 4, 2022, with 32-bit Windows binaries and the source code; earlier versions also ship a RAD2WAD tool.
You needThe radix.dat file from the original DOS game (the “v2 remix” version). Windows (32-bit builds).
