Plants vs. Zombies (Xbox 360)
Game: Plants vs. Zombies (Xbox 360, 2009)
An unofficial Windows port of the Xbox Live Arcade edition of Plants vs. Zombies, called Plants vs. Zombies: Console Edition, made by static recompilation with ReXGlue: the original PowerPC code is translated to x86-64 and runs as a regular Windows program, with no emulator. It keeps what that edition added over the PC one (local Versus, two-player Co-op, and extra mini-games) and adds full mouse control in the menus, the lawn, every mini-game, and the multiplayer modes. According to its README, version 0.7.0 is a beta that can be played from start to finish, with known rough edges: there are no online features (leaderboards, Xbox LIVE mail, and friends’ houses) and Survival Endless has no local leaderboard yet. It includes no game files; it reads them from your XBLA package or a disc image on first launch. Version 0.7.0 is from October 15. All 50 of its commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own copy of Plants vs. Zombies for Xbox 360: the Xbox Live Arcade package or a disc image (.iso) containing the game. 64-bit Windows.
