Stuntman
Game: Stuntman (PS2, 2002)
An unofficial native Windows port of the PS2 version, made by translating the console’s program into C++ and compiling it for the PC, with no emulator. It uses Daniel Gomes Vieira’s ps2-port-engine, extended for this game, with a Vulkan renderer. It offers higher resolutions (from the original up to 3x), widescreen and ultrawide, smoothing, and gamepad support, and keeps the game’s 25 frames per second. The README marks it as alpha: the career and its stunts can be played, but bugs remain. The data is read from your ISO. Version 0.1.1-alpha is from October 31 and drops the AVX2 requirement. All of its last 100 commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own Stuntman ISO, European release (SLES-50288); the program asks for it and checks it on first launch. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a fast 4-core CPU (indicative minimum i5-12400 or Ryzen 5 5600), and a Vulkan 1.3 card (estimated minimum RTX 3060 or RX 6600).
