inFAMOUS First Light
Game: inFAMOUS First Light (PS4, 2014)
An unofficial native Windows port of the PS4 version: the game’s original x86-64 code runs directly on the CPU, a reimplemented PS4 runtime stands in for the system libraries, and the graphics are translated to Vulkan; it is not a general-purpose emulator. The README calls it an early, playable preview: it boots, reaches the menus and gameplay, saves, and plays through the first missions, and Fetch’s neon powers, the dash trail, lights, and particles render. It runs at about 35-45 fps with renderer v2 (the default) and 15-25 with the classic one, on a Ryzen with an RTX 4070 SUPER; the goal is a steady 30 fps on mid-range PCs. Shaders are compiled on the first start (2-3 minutes). The launcher updates itself, supports ultrawide (experimental), and can be started from Steam. Version 0.3.8 (October 25) is the latest of 11 releases, with one build for Windows and one for Linux. 91 of its last 100 commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own dump of inFAMOUS First Light for PS4, made from your own console (tested with the European dump CUSA00897, base game 1.00), in a folder with eboot.bin and sce_sys. Plus 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card, and a CPU with AVX (Intel CPUs work: the AMD-only instructions the game uses are emulated).
