Amped 2 (Nico-D-eu)

Game: Amped 2 → (Xbox, 2003)

RE-Amped2 brings Amped 2 (Microsoft Game Studios / Indie Built, 2003, original Xbox) to Windows as a native game. It is not an emulator: the game’s code is translated to C and compiled into a Windows program on your PC, from your own disc. According to the README it runs at a steady 60 fps, in widescreen, at up to 4K and beyond, with controller and keyboard support, and supports mods (packs, single-file replacements, and scripts) and replacement texture packs. It is in early access: the whole game is playable, but there are bugs. No game files are included or downloaded; the repository includes the project’s own branding textures (logo, boot splashes) that replace the originals. Version 0.2.1 is from October 30. The repository includes an AGENTS.md with rules for AI coding agents.

You needYour own Amped 2 disc image (.iso or .xiso), from the USA or the European and Australian release. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 with a DirectX 11 card, about 6 GB free and, if the free build tools are missing, up to 7 GB more on C: and an internet connection during installation.
