Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Game: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (Wii U, 2014)
A native Windows port made by static recompilation of the game’s PowerPC code: it is translated ahead of time to C++ and runs as x86-64 code on a reimplementation of the Wii U’s system libraries, with its graphics commands and shaders translated to Vulkan; it is not an emulator. It plays from the update (v304, with all fighters and stages) or the game’s own v1.0, with optional DLC, and includes 8-Player Smash. It draws at up to 4K and 5K, at 60, 120, or uncapped frame rates (above 60 the frames are interpolated), supports XInput, PlayStation, and Switch Pro controllers, mods (Sm4shExplorer, SDCafiine, Cemu graphic packs), online play on Pretendo Network, and its own launcher. Version 0.1.1 (October 29) is the latest release; the first was 0.1.0 on October 25. All 5 of its commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own dump of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (USA) made with Dumpling, in the folders Cemu uses: the game (0005000010144F00), the update (0005000E10144F00, recommended), and the DLC (0005000C10144F00, optional). Online play needs your console’s files and your Pretendo ID. Plus 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and a graphics card with Vulkan 1.3.
