Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 Deluxe
Game: Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 → (N64, 2000)
A native Mac and Linux port of Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 Deluxe, Lowwater’s 2026 fan edition of Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 (AKI, N64, Japan, 2000), with a bigger roster, new arenas, and English menus. It’s a static recompilation with N64Recomp and jessetbh’s forks of N64ModernRuntime, RecompFrontend, and RT64, using the function map from jessetbh’s Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 recomp. Version 0.1.0 (October 18) has the whole game: title, menus, and every match type reachable from Exhibition, with saves and automatic backups, a launcher with settings, controls, and cheats, controllers that work with no setup, and an in-game menu. A Windows version is coming in a later release. All 29 of its commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 Deluxe ROM, the fan edition (63.7 MB big-endian .z64); the retail Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 cartridge and the FreeM edition won’t work. Plus macOS 13 or later (Apple silicon or Intel) or a 64-bit Linux desktop from 2022 or later.
