Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (Supermedo)
Supermedo/uncharted_pc
Uncharted 1, 2, and 3 from the PS4 collection running natively on Windows 10 and 11. It’s the same idea as the author’s Bloodborne port: the original game code runs directly on the PC and the graphics are translated to Vulkan. All three games launch from one launcher, at 60 fps like on PS4 or at 120 (higher is experimental), with TAA, FSR 3.1, FSR 4, or DLSS anti-aliasing, frame generation, and keyboard, mouse, and controller together, all remappable. Known problems remain, mostly in Uncharted 3. 59 of its last 100 commits list Claude, Copilot or Cursor as a co-author.
You needYour own decrypted dump of the collection (CUSA02343, CUSA02320…: the folder with eboot.bin and the data for all three games). Plus 64-bit Windows 10 (1903 or later) or 11 and a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card with at least 6 GB of video memory.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (BilalReloaded)
bc160201983/Uncharted-The-Nathan-Drake-Collection-PC-port
A Windows port of the PS4 collection (Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves, and Drake’s Deception), separate from Supermedo’s: the three games’ x86-64 code runs directly on the CPU, a runtime that started from gow3_pc’s (the God of War III port) replaces the PS4 system libraries, and a shadPS4-derived renderer runs the GPU work on Vulkan, with fixes for this game. Its author calls all three games playable, with the collection menu, switching between games, saves, sound, movies, and controllers; Uncharted 3 has had less testing. It has a launcher with per-game settings and presets, resolutions from 540p to 4K (Drake’s Fortune renders at most at 2880×1620), 16:10, 21:9, and 32:9, upscaling with FSR 1, FSR 3.1, FSR 4, or DLSS with the HUD at the output resolution, TAA, a 30–120 fps limit, remappable keyboard and mouse alongside a controller, the games’ 22 text languages, an in-game menu, and an option to unlock every chapter. It uses update 1.02 when it finds it and updates itself. 40 of its 46 commits list Claude as a co-author. The latest version is 0.4.1 (October 19).
You needYour own dump of the PS4 collection (the CUSA02344 folder, with eboot.bin and sce_sys) and, recommended, update 1.02; with the US release (CUSA02320) and 1.02, the game stops at start for some players. Plus 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, an Intel Haswell (4th-gen Core) or newer CPU or any AMD Ryzen, a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card with at least 6 GB of video memory, and 16 GB of RAM recommended. No game files are included.
⑂ Fork of FelipePrado0/SpartanPort
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (zorde23)
zorde23/Uncharted_Collection_PC
An unofficial port of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (PS4, 2015) for Windows 10 and 11, forked from a God of War III port that itself comes from the Bloodborne Windows port. According to the README it is not a source port or a classic emulator: the original PS4 executable, which is x86-64, runs directly on the PC’s CPU on top of a layer that replaces the console’s system libraries (memory, threads, files, audio, video, controller, saves) and translates the GPU commands and shaders to Vulkan through the shadPS4 video core. Uncharted 3 can be played start to end at 60 frames per second in 1080p, though some areas drop below 60 and there is one crash in a whole playthrough; Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 1 are playable, with some crashes. It ships a launcher that updates the port, display options, and keyboard and mouse controls. Version 0.3.7 was published on October 28. 97 of its last 100 commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needA dump from your own PS4 of the collection: CUSA02344, version 01.00 with the 01.02 update (the update folder is found automatically when it sits next to the game’s). Windows 10 or 11.
⑂ Fork of Supermedo/uncharted_pc
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (Mevlock)
Mevlock/uncharted_pc-dev
An unofficial fork of SuperMedo’s uncharted_pc, the native Windows port of the three games in the PS4 collection: the original code runs directly on the CPU and the graphics are translated to Vulkan. It adds shader preparation before you play (from lists recorded by playing all three games through), GPU translation spread over three threads that in busy scenes runs up to about twice as fast as the original 0.3.6 according to its author (measured on one PC), render resolution up to 3440×1440 and experimental 4K, ultrawide, DLSS, FSR 3.1, FSR 4, XeSS, and frame generation, and fixes for several game bugs (the Uncharted 2 chapter 21 convoy, the Uncharted 1 jet ski barrels, an Uncharted 3 chapter 8 fort crash, NVIDIA crashes). The latest version is 0.3.6.34 (October 31); it is more than 600 commits ahead of the original, and 97 of its last 100 commits list Claude as a co-author.
You needYour own decrypted dump of the collection, version 1.02, from the EU/UK (CUSA02343), US (CUSA02320), or EU/Russian (CUSA02344) edition: a folder with eboot.bin, big2-ps4_Shipping.elf, big3-ps4_Shipping.elf, sce_sys, u1data, u2data, and u3data. Plus 64-bit Windows 10 (1903 or later) or 11, a CPU with AVX, a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card with 6 GB or more of video memory, and about 8 GB of free memory (RAM plus page file).
