Decompilation of Super Paper Mario for Wii focused on the two PAL versions, which share symbol and split addresses. NTSC-U revision 0 is supported with fewer addresses ported. It says it’ll never cover the whole game, only the useful or interesting parts, and won’t lead to a port.
